Absolutely horrible- cried after my appt for over an hour. I showed the stylist what I wanted and it is super short, she took off over 10 inches. I said take off what it needs to be healthy a few inches. She said oh it’s not that bad then started with the back and kept going and going before I could even see how short then chopped layers that look like my 5 year old took scissors to my hair.
