I must not be doing something right. I schedule a time through the website. I get there a few minutes early and it makes no difference. I sit and wait with everyone else. The stylists don’t even ask if anyone signed in online they just say sign the sheet and wait. Very frustrating. Today, I showed up right at 10am when they open. 2 guys were waiting at the door.
