Mercedes did me a grave injustice. I'm not happy one iota.I look like a Q-tip. I wanted a nice haircut for Easter. NOT PLEASED AT ALL. She deterred my eyes from the mirror and cut all of my hair the same length. She needs to go back to school. My goatee is squared. I do not recommend her or this store to anyone.

I think I had Rachel, she’s the manager of the store— literally best haircut i’ve ever gotten! i wanted a nice layered look and she achieved it, i love my haircut so much! she also took extra time to do a nice scalp massage while getting my hair washed, it was a great experience and also she was very punctual even though it was busy
