The staff was really friendly. The haircut was ok, but the young lady missed some hairs on my lower neck and around my ears. I had to go home and trim the rest myself. I would have added photos but it's hard to take pictures of that area by myself. Overall it was an ok haircut. The price was kinda high and you should offer a military discount. Thank you!
Kellie was the best! Very nice and knew exactly what I wanted, I'll definitely be coming back to her.
I had a root touch-up and partial highlights done with Heather. LOVE her! She actually listens to what you say and does what you want while keeping in mind the health of your hair. If she thinks it will cause too much damage to your hair she'll tell you. Some stylists will do anything and not care because they're just looking for the money.
I booked an appointment for May 19th at 4:00. I arrived 5 minutes early and was surprised by a locked door. The open sign was off and the lights inside were off. No signs in the windows, nobody inside. It would have been fine if I was contacted by someone to let me know they couldn't keep my appointment, at least then I wouldn't have wasted my time.
