This store has a good old boy's style of operation run by girls. Old hands are being retained, and new stylists are apparently getting hired and bounced around so they can not form a client list and those of us who try to get a regular stylist find it impossible to get a regular stylist unless they are one of the favored staff while the new girls get the days they get to work shifted around like waves on the beach, then tossed aside as soon as season is over.
