I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had booked shampoo, haircut, and blow dry, but upon arrival Diane said she couldn’t do the blowout due to another appointment, and then refused to do shampoo because my hair was “too long” (it’s past my hips). The haircut itself was minimal, just a trim at the ends. The eyebrow waxing was even more upsetting. Despite clearly explaining what I wanted, she removed far too much from the front of my eyebrows. Walked in. Ask for a simple haircut to get rid of split ends. It was quick and cheap was very professional.
Had a lovely and enjoyable time chatting with my hairstylist. She gave me a great haircut that was very affordable and very professional.
