The stylist that took care of me did not do a good job of washing my hair - never even got the back of my hair wet , rushed the wash . Nobody else was in the salon. Then I had asked her twice to dry my hair and it was still wet when I walked out. Although she did a good cut, but it’s a simple cut.
I was running late and I arrived at 6:50. The sign on the door said they close at 7. My hair is simple, so it takes like 10 minutes. They had the door locked and said they were closed. Very disappointing customer service
Michelle is very talented and sweet. Never a disappointment when she does my hair!
