Ellie is the best
Mariah was awesome!!!! So kind and professional - she took the time to talk to my stepdaughter about her hair and concerns she was having which no one else has chosen to do before. She walked out of there looking and feeling like a million bucks - thank you Mariah!!!!
Friendly, helpful staff
The stylists are wonderful and courteous. The “check in” system is such a frustrating joke. This location prioritizes walk-ins right up until a “reservation” arrives. This means that calling ahead does absolutely nothing. It’s a placebo. When I politely asked about the mechanics of the reservation, the stylist sounded as baffled and uncertain as I do about the process.
