After coming in and suffering the most horrible experience I have ever had and my hair being left falling out and just horrendous...I was contacted by the district supervisor whom wanted to make my hair right. At this point I really had nothing left to lose, a new appointment booked and my hair was saved by stylist Tiffany. She only works on Saturdays but man waiting a week to have my hair taken care of by her was so worth it. I can't even believe she was able to fix and save my hair.
