Stylist communication with me was great. She made sure I was happy with my haircut
Makenzie did a great job! She took her time, was kind, patient and personable. My hair turned out fantastic. As a manager, I recommend a better flow of walk-ins. It can impact your stylists tips. Great job Makenzie! You’re killing the hair game queen
Received a basic haircut. Friendly lady- elderly Japanese lady (K first name & last name). She made sure I was happy with what I got and even offered to fix it the next day if there was an issue. She provides great service. What I don’t appreciate is how she approached the tip part. She automatically put the tip for 40% ($10). I did not know until my phone got the text. She offered me a receipt that cut off and offered to print another one. I told her don’t worry about it because my phone tells me how much my card is charged... read more
