My hair stylist Kelsey was very rude to me. The first time I went in for a haircut, I asked Kelsey to cut my hair in a specific way, this visit I asked for her notes from last time and she had something completely different in the notes, so she didn’t cut my hair liked I asked her to the first time. Speaking about my most recent visit, Kelsey was impatient, rude and not polite.
