Stylist didn’t remotely provide what I requested, I’ve had good experiences in the past at this location but this stylist really wanted to use electric clippers rather than scissors and left me “scalped”.

Supercuts Fairhope came through again. Great staff. I came in looking shaggy and unkept. I left with a superior haircut and a well groomed appearance. On several occasions I arrived without an appointment. However, I was greeted as a valued customer and had a minimal waiting time. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back.
