The hairdresser was harsh with my 83 year old mother. My mother never complains, but later that day she said she wasn't treated well and couldn't explain it. I think it was because we arrived later in the afternoon. The assigned hairdresser said she wanted to go home and we should come back Friday. The owner apparently directed the hairdresser to give my mom a perm that day. When I returned, the haircut looked like a hair helmet. Terrible... short bangs. The total was $120. Nadia did a fantastic job cutting mom's hair, she was patient, quick, and understanding as mom has special needs (ie dementia)
