If I could give this zero stars I would. The woman didn’t listen to what I repeatedly said about my son’s (5yo) hair and his cowlick. We keep it longer in spots so it lays well. She didn’t listen I said that looks like you’re taking too much off, she continued to cut and be dismissive “I have to even it out and blend it” I told her on her 3rd snip it was too much off.
