Scheduled appointments for my husband and I, it was all set up two weeks ago, him for a cut and me for a color and cut, explained exactly what I wanted when we scheduled, been getting the reminders for both of our appointments individually and when we get there they cut his hair and basically told me that I could schedule an appointment for a later date. Kind of turned me away as though I was asking for all of it as a last minute walk in rather than actually having an appointment set. Really glad he took the day off of work ... read more
