Good haircuts, but horrible customer service. You can check-in ahead of time, which doesn't mean anything, it is still first come first serve. Three price increases in under two years. Stylists seem to always be on break. Last time two of three were on break for 25 minutes, with myself and three other customers waiting. That is the second time I walked out because of lack of service. Not going back.
