Horrible customer service. We arrived a few minutes late for my son’s haircut we booked online and they weren’t going to cut his hair but because i had a later appointment they cuts his hair instead and rushed a literally 5 minutes haircut to leave everything uneven and very poorly cut. Just felt like they wanted to rush us out for the other appointments although by the time my sons haircut was done it still wasn’t even time for my appointment.
They didn’t do it short enough and wouldn’t cut it shorter. They were super disrespectful.
On time. Great service. Pleasant staff.
