The SuperCue class is very age appropriate and Marya gives lots of guidance on how to do the exercises properly. The class is very friendly and non-judgmental and I definitely feel the improvement in my overall fitness. The classes start and finish on time ! Bernadette Patterson
Wow! Who knew you could get a complete body workout utilising a chair and resistance band! The slower pace allows you the time to get your body in the correct position and feel the movement. The instructor is able to guide you and provide helpful tips if you have mobility restrictions or any other health issues. It is a friendly and safe environment catering to everyone.
I have been attending this class regularly for more than a year. There has been an increase in my mobility, my flexibility and improved balance, along with an overall improvement in my core strength which has assisted with my injury prone lower back. The classes are fun, friendly and, if needed, exercises are adapted to suit your personal needs sympathetically and professionally. Love it!
