I visited this coffee shop for the first time this morning and had a great experience. All the staff members were friendly and polite. The coffee was delicious and a welcome change from my usual Timmies. Although I didn't try any of the food, I bought a pastry for my wife, and she loved it. Will be returning whenever I'm in the area.
I visited this café this morning and unfortunately felt uncomfortable during my entire stay. The same woman working at the counter was involved in all of the interactions that led to this experience. From the moment I ordered, I noticed a clear difference in her facial expressions, tone, and overall manner when serving me compared to the customers before and after me. My husband and I visit this coffee shop almost every day and have always enjoyed spending time here together. Unfortunately, our experience today was extremely disappointing. The café was not busy at all there was only one other customer inside and us, while loud music was playing and the doors were wide open. During our visit, my husband received a very important phone call that he needed to answer.
