Professional outfit with polite staff who are very helpful. They have happily arranged storage visits for me at fairly short notice. The standard pick up and delivery service is fantastic and the premium option (where the guys load your stuff into and out of the storage container at your home address) is really beneficial if you're not physically able to lift lots of heavy household items and/or boxes.
