Went to Supercheap Auto to replace a brake light and headlight. Not long after, my car wouldn’t shift out of park.. turned out the brake light fuse had blown. RACV replaced it twice, and a mechanic later confirmed one of the new brake light bulbs was faulty, possibly due to poor installation. When I went back to the store, the manager was rude and dismissive, saying it was impossible their product or service caused the issue — despite the mechanic confirming it and my car never having this issue before the service was done. ... read more
