Bought an item online while it was on sale. Got the wrong size so sent an email and even called customer service to see if i can swap the item... Was advised Its not possible because its from their DC, and i will need to do the exchange in a local shop. Went in, and had to pay the full undiscounted price for it in addition having paid delivery cost as well and no chance of honoring the discounted price. Don't do what I did. I would have saved myself money and trouble by just going into store instead of buying online.
Customer service is top notch.
I can never seem return waste oil here because I'm told the "bin is full". This is a recurring issue and I have to drive to another store to return waste oil.
