went into the watergardens store to purchase wiper blades. Asked for assistance with fitting to my vehicle but being late in the day, and extreme heat this was not possible (which i totally understand). I then asked if they could assist with fitting the correct adaptor to the blades, which the young team member was more than prepared to do, but he was stopped by his female manager who said "no, don't do that".
