Great customer service
The staff is extremely disrespectful and racist . This old guy started shouting for just asking if they got tyres and rims or not . He is not telling his name for me to put it here as well . Absolutely disgusted at facing racism for no reason at all . Would recommend no person of color to go to this one .
I went into the Warrawong store on Boxing Day to look at buying some car seat covers. From the first team member I spoke to right through the store everyone was really friendly and helpful. Anjikta, sorry not sure of name and spelling, on the front counter was excellent providing great customer service. Another female staff member helped me decide what seat covers I wanted and she was great too. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Jarrod fitted the seat covers for me.
