Horrible experience. When I entered there were 4 male staff standing around, as I approached they scattered. I asked one of them if he could help me. I was told "I can't leave the front desk, go down and ask them." I thanked him. I stopped at the 2 male staff standing there talking, one took off and the other decided to start looking busy. I asked if he could help me as I wasn't totally certain of the type I needed, so I needed assistance.
