Edited to add: extremely difficult to find a place to leave feedback on their site. They sent me a feedback form, I filled in , and later realised not only is it impossible to get a globe changed but they were both the wrong globes ! You can not edit your feedback or make another one. And on the web site in order to leave any feedback you have to pick a specific product and answer a bunch of mandatory questions that no one can answer. The young man who served me went above and beyond, with fantastic customer service, and a genuine smile (His name was Neet if the boss is reading this!). Had to return one thing (no fault of store), and the return process was simple. Highly recommend this store, especially after a recent experience with autobarn up the road, where I was ignored standing at the counter (by 3 staff who all saw me, while they talked amongst themselves), for so long I decided to leave without purchasing what I needed......
