Excellent customer service and knowledgeable.
Got a roof rack fitting done. Very knowledgeable staff. Just one thing: When I called to book, I was told on the phone “$80 for non members, $64 for members, are you ok with that?” At the counter, I saw “$120”. I did mention the phone call and the lady answered “it’s always been 120”. There was no room for debate. I did get the members discount, but it was still more expensive than what I was initially told and what I saw on the website.
