The click and collect process was very easy. Once I arrived in store there were some things I wanted to take a look at and a staff member very promptly took me directly to what I was looking for even though I was not abke to articulate correctly at the time of speaking with him what exactly it was. Recently, I moved to Springfield Lakes and started shopping locally. The staff here have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I ordered a few items that weren’t available in-store at the time. The team promptly followed up with me to keep me informed.
