Staff seemed busy doing nothing. One almost barged into me going the wrong way (exiting through the entry-only barriers. Not looking where he was going. Staff everywhere but talking amongst themselves. 3-4 staff at the till area, including I assume the manager, barely acknowledged me even as I stood in front of them. Got what I wanted because I’d already looked it up online. Price and product are good, website is great. In-store experience lacklustre.
Great service & a variety of products available.
