I’m the last one to give One star reviews Amazing Service by Luke But it all went down the road when I couldn’t use my discount coupons even though I showed them my emails The manager came in and said that even after taking a look at them, she’s not happy I feel Amelia could have done a better job at providing a better customer service Take the criticism constructively and improve on service people I don’t expect this from supercheap auto Should’ve just bought things from Repco instead
**UPDATE! Dec 2025** Had to return and LED t10 pack as one of them was faulty. The girl working there insisted I had to pay the $8 difference to get it replaced as "it's not on sale.now". I plainly said that goes against Australian consumer law and that if she wouldn't replace it I'd need her manager. She went and spoke to him and that was the end if that nonsense.. very badly trained staff member, rude too. **OLD REVIEW** Friendly staff, excellent range with lots of stock.. highly recommend!
