Customer service was ordinary this visit the 2 females serving were to busy talking about their personal life.
I normally like to say friendly staff, but the other day I rang for a item to make sure 1 they had it before I travelled 30 minutes to get there ,I asked to put it aside just incase. When I got there that wasn't done but when I got there the man behind the counter pointed and said it's over there as I was putting him out. If I didn't need it so much I would've have walked out and gone elsewhere. Every other visit has been good, but new staff and not for the good. Hope it was just me and not normal
The staff and management at Muswellbrook store are amazing to deal with !
