Really really unpleasant interaction with the girl working there today. Left the store really upset with her passive aggressiveness towards us. Seen a few reviews that say the similar things.

Went in with a trim piece that needed touching up, this trim colour has no paint code. My aim was to get the closest colour possible knowing that there is no direct match. I asked to see a few paints up close as they seemed like they may match. Only to be met with “you need a paint code” I had to explain that there is no paint code, that I just need to get as close as I can, that I don’t need a direct match. Again, “you need a paint code”.
