Terrible customer service from one of the sellers, old lady that doesn’t have any manners. I simply asked about an item that was low in stock on their website, and they responded rudely without offering any alternatives or help to find the product, insisting about state on website was meaning non-stock. Very disappointing experience.
My radio stopped working and I went to Supercheap . Asked for some help but he did seem like he wanted to help me. Not interested at all . He looks in my book and I asked if I should go else where .Went across the road to Autobarn and my radio was fixed in 5 mins . Would highly recommend going there before going to Supercheap .
