Friendly staff and competitive price
I picked out the correct indicator replacement bulbs for my car yesterday and asked the checkout staff to confirm they were right for my make and model (BAU15s). The guy told me they were wrong and to go back and swap them for BA15s instead. I bought those, brought them home and of course they don’t fit and I need BAU15s! The incompetence and arrogance to overrule what I told them I needed is so frustrating, and it feels like the young man at checkout just wanted to correct a woman about cars instead of doing his job.
Very helpful staff.
