Staff where good and helpful
The handyman, Sebastian, who was supposed to install my battery, seemed completely unwilling to do his job. He claimed he didn’t have the tools to remove the old battery, but I managed to do it myself with minimal effort and just a screwdriver. After that, he came up with another weak excuse not to install the new battery and left without offering any real help. I later found out he was simply rushing to finish his shift.
