I went in to buy a new battery for my car and one of the employees ended up installing the wrong one. They clearly have no idea what they're doing and just rely on some system on their computer that supposedly tells them which battery the car needs based on the registration. They didn’t even have the basic decency or professionalism to double-check if the information was correct before putting the wrong part in my vehicle.

Don't waste your time, go to a different supercheap store. Staff aren't very friendly or knowledgeable.
