Unprofessional, impatient staff.
I ordered some smelly balls online and unfortunately the fragrance arrived smashed. I called the store and Jesse answered and told me I could come down and swap it even though I ordered it online. Chris was super helpful with the return process and I received a replacement. A+ for customer service. Cheers guys

Staff are helpfully with information, dropped off a battery on Friday arvo after work for a warranty claim. Although helpful staff seemed very annoyed and inconveniences by my presence. They seemed very fed up, as I understand that they are doing their job and have a had a rough day, there's no need for blunt attitude. As I have called up today (Sunday) checking about the battery which they forgot to call me about on Saturday, got back to me saying it needs another day of charging.
