I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff members (a lady and a gentleman today) appeared to be unhappy, impatient, and spoke in a way that felt rude and unwelcoming. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism, regardless of how busy or stressful the day may be.
