Staff member friendly and helpful. I need to do more research before I can find the exact products I require and that will be done. I've always found the SCA staff willing to help.
Rang to confirm if an item was in stock. Told by a very young female it was in stock. Get in there and told not in stock. She didn't bother to check. We have better things to do than waste time on a wild goose chase. Very disappointing. Poor customer service with no care attitude
