I had one of the worse experiences at Super Cheap auto Kempsey. I went for a battery change for my car and I weren’t instructed to park my car any specific way, long story short the workers from there refused to change my car battery on their safe car park for reason of not being safe ( which didn’t make any sense to me )because it was a closed car park from them. After refusing to change they sold me tools to change on my own even thought they knew I couldn’t start my car due to flat battery .
