Ich habe bei Coop für einen kleineren Betrag eingekauft und wurde bei der Self-Checkout-Kasse für eine Stichprobenkontrolle ausgewählt. Die Mitarbeiterin kam zu mir, scannte ihre Karte und sagte mir anschließend, dass es meine Aufgabe sei, die Artikel für die Kontrolle selbst noch einmal zu scannen. Daraufhin fragte ich noch einmal nach: „Ist das wirklich meine Aufgabe?“ Sie antwortete mit „Ja“. Es ist von System zu System immer besser. Herr Lahe Bajrah hat alles voll im Griff – Respekt! Nur manchmal, wenn er nicht da ist, merkt man bei gewissen Mitarbeitern etwas Müdigkeit. Aber sonst eine top Filiale.
