Dear Sir or Madam, Today, at Stadelhofen Station, I was subjected to a random ticket inspection for the third time in just two and a half weeks. I find this disproportionate and would like to formally express my dissatisfaction. What made the situation particularly frustrating is that this happened on a Sunday, a day on which I was already working and had several business meetings scheduled. The absolute worst customer experience! Everytime I go there lately I get controlled by the self checkout! I have never tried to steal anything. I complained and the workers tell me there is no sign at the door that says I have to shop there, and there are so many people who try to steal so that’s the policy. I won’t go there anymore, I can just as easily shop somewhere else thar has a friendlier policy instead treating everyone like thieves!Absolutely NO customer service for loyal customers. Unbelievable.
