I went in store to buy an engine seal. I explained where the seal was located and which part of the engine it was associated with. The assistant manager told me I needed to know the “specific name of the engine seal that you’re after” before they could help me. When I explained that I didn’t know the technical name, there was no attempt to identify the part, look it up, or offer any assistance. I called the store from Brisbane, the day before fathers day, probably one of their busiest days of the year, the staff were polite, professional and super helpful in regards to a click and collect order I wished to place. Follow-up calls and emails to arrange labels for the purchase to be picked up from them and sent by courier to myself (I arranged the courier) again the staff were super helpful with this process. 5/5 would gladly deal with the staff at this store again anytime.
