Took terrible advantage of my 18 year old teenager who went there seeking help with a wiper. They sold him the most expensive wipers, they asked if he would like them installed and charged them another $20 fee for that. My poor kid walked out a little deflated at the exuberant charges. Shame on the staff member who took full advantage of them. Called and spoke with assistant manager.l,was so unhelpful very defensive and a complete jerk.
Stopped in at Supercheap Auto today to find out about some parts I needed for my car and got exceptional customer service with a smile. What a pleasant experience. Great staff and well knowledged
Worst service. I went in to purchase new wiper blades and have them installed. Only to be told when I approached the counter that they couldn't help me. When questioning this service they rudely replied 'not today' Never going back there!
