We had terrible customer service. Actually there was nil from 3 staff. We returned some goods to swap that were wrong size and we were spoken to very rudely by the manager and his staff, what a great role model . We won’t return and will be letting all our friends and businesses know and social media. 🤬

Review: Terrible customer service! I went in after the floods, during a difficult time for everyone, and simply asked for advice on a replacement part. The staff was rude and completely unwilling to help, acting like I was bothering them. Definitely won’t be coming back.
