Nice help at the store and the young fella who served me did it happily and with a nice smile was nice to talk to
Super helpful, and approachable and special thanks to staff member Alex who was a great help everyone in the store was polite and passionate about helping customers achieve their outcomes and finding the best products at the best prices. Couldn't recommend highly enough very impressed.
Very poor customer service. I was looking for a few items and politely asked a staff member for help. Instead of even looking at me or pointing me in the right direction, he just said, “I’m busy,” and walked off. No effort to assist or even acknowledge properly. This is not the level of service you expect in a store like Supercheap Auto. Really disappointing experience.
