We were in Dalby today for a driver's test for my daughter. We had come from over an hour away. At TMR the driving instructor pointed out that we had a dud brakelight. We had 15 minutes to get it sorted to not miss our appointment. The lady behind the counter at Supercheap jumped straight into action. She got us the right bulb and gave us the tools to get it done. 13 minutes later we were back at TMR and half hour later we had one happy new P-plater. It could have all gone so differently. Thank you so much!

I contacted the Dalby store by phone. Their computers were down at the time, so could not confirm if my items were in stock. I left my details and they got back to as soon as the store was up and running again. I drove to town (1hr) and my items were waiting for me behind the counter. The service was helpful and pleasant.
