The lack of customer service in this store is infuriating. I asked for assistance with allen keys for a Presitige PPQ plate - the delightful woman (sarcasm) proceeded to tell me they don’t use Allen keys for the plate (you do) with such attitude I almost walked out (unfortunately had no choice but to endure this woman’s ignorance) After asking her if the Allen key sets they sell would fit she proceeded to reply with “you’ll have to buy them and find out” I do wish your staff wore name tags, I’d write further.
