Very unhelpful service, didn't have a clue about part, even when on computer. quite rude, won't be back went to opposition very helpful, even went out to car with me to show him the part needed, so we both understood
excellent service nearly everytime, the ladies were very helpful compared to the younger disabled looking workers, they not only gave me the wrong item multiple times but the battery i bought became unusable within a couple months, pretty embarrasing i wont be going to volac again. thankyou.
