Very poor and rude customer service by a middle aged asian lady. My card had declined as Google pay on my phone had picked up another card on my phone and she blunting said there are other customers waiting. I didn't get her name but this complaint will be escalated. She shouldnt be in customer services with that attitude.
Had car in for diagnostic with OBD scanner, Trieu was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.
Great staff always extremely supportive and knowledgeable
