I came in today and asked a thousand questions about Zenon light bulbs for my X1. Julio and the other young man on counter (sorry I didn't get name) were most helpful. Sold me exactly what I needed with explanations about why I needed particular make. Made my day with excellent customer service. Thanks heaps guys

I went to Capalaba store, horrible from Boston, didn't say a single word to me, not handing my receipt or asking if I was a member just taking my money. Will not be coming back again, rather go to Repco across the street
