We came around 11:30 AM and were at the paint area service desk when a staff member behaved rudely and aggressively. Although I was not speaking to him in a different language, he questioned us about it in an impolite manner. He also said, “I have been here for 70 years,” which felt unnecessary and intimidating. His behavior, including using bad words and dismissing our reviews, made us feel very uncomfortable, and we left without buying anything.
