Absolutely unacceptable experience at Supercheap Auto Canning Vale. I arrived at 7:30am with a dead battery, managed to jump start my car, and waited until 8:30am for the store to open. After all that, I was told they couldn’t replace the battery until 10am due to being “short staffed” despite clearly advertising battery fitting services. What made it worse was the complete lack of basic customer support. I asked for tools to replace it myself, refused unless I bought them. Needed battery fast jay got it removed, new one replaced and wipers same time gave disc and credit back from battery offer. Great deal couldn't fault services available.
To much attitude in brown guy who’s working on counter , someone should teach him about customer service.
