I went to Supercheap Auto Butler on Friday 4 September 2026 and had my left front headlight fitted by Ezra and I was served by Jade. Excellent customer service as always here! I went into Supercheap Auto Butler 2 September 2025 as I needed a front headlight fitted. I was served by Madhur who checked all my lights to ensure they were working before fitting the bulb. This was exceptional service with a smile, professional,
Went to this store 3 times in total requesting a battery fitment service. On each occasion the staff told me they were too busy and to come back another time, suggesting a particular time they'd be quieter. Problem is the second and third time I went back at their reccomended time and they still refused this service. The third time the store was dead and the two staff on were standing around chatting, yet they still said they were too busy to do it. Staff are lazy, incompetent and rude.
