The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The manager was rude and completely inefficient, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. They sold me a part after assuring me it was the correct one for my rego model, but it turned out to be wrong. When I asked for a replacement, the manager told me it could only be exchanged in-store. Supercheap advertise that they fit your parts for your car but wouldnt fit my steering wheel cover. If you dont want to do it, dont advertise it then.
Thumbs up to Flynn! He is very friendly and passionate about his job. He helped me change my headlight bulb today, and he even removed the leaves from my car without me asking. Great customer service!

Staff at any branch that I’ve visited of super cheap auto’s are always helpful to me if I’m not sure of what I specifically need when I describe a problem with my car. They always find a solution and are willing to help.
