The service at this place is absolutely disgusting, especially the young guy at the front counter. When asking for basic questions they act like you are inconveniencing them.
Very disappointing customer service. Instead of being welcoming or explaining the process politely, the staff member had a poor attitude from the beginning. They were dismissive, impatient, and made me feel like I was bothering them for asking for a service that the store itself offers. If you advertise a service, customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for requesting it.
