After being let down time and time again from Supercheap Auto in Gladstone, it was a welcome relief to get some good customer assistance and straight forward answers from the phone call to see if they had something on the shelf INSTEAD of saying something is on the shelf which turned out to he STILL boxed out back somewhere(The Gladstone store) to the time i came to get some supplies i needed for a car service in the store.
