I contacted and visited several Supercheap Auto stores including Ringwood, Glen Waverley and Nunawading regarding seat covers for my vehicle. I was directed to the Bayswater store because I was advised they could assist with fitting. Very good store with plenty of stock and excellent service. I bought a portable GPS unit for Android auto wireless without having to connect my phone with any cables. Anyway it also came with a reverse camera and found l couldn't get my phone to connect to it via Bluetooth no matter what l tried. It was faulty unfortunately and l took it back. Visited the Bayswater store yesterday because I was having trouble starting my car and wanted to get my battery tested. The staff member who helped me was very professional. He quickly identified that I mainly drive short distances and explained that my battery was in good condition but simply needed a long charge. He also patiently helped me choose a suitable battery charger. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being served by Store Assistant Byron and the service was amazing Today I was helped by Sutty We’ll blow me down Bayswater just keeps raising the bar on service I needed assistance with my purchase of over $250 dollars worth of oils and filters for my car , Sutty had everything I needed and all instantly no fuss , I had a hard time finding everything 11 out of 10 Sutty Cheers young man Eric
I asked Eddi at Bayswater Supercheap Auto to fix one wiper blade on my MB CLK. There was no stock; after getting and writing the part numbers for both blades for me and before I ordered, Eddi looked at the rubber. After tweaking it, the wiper was ok. What a great guy Eddi was. Because of such excellent service, i returned to buy some other product costing $35.
