Great customer service & friendly staff
I've been purchasing items from this store for the past one and a half years. The customer experience has always been excellent—until today. The cashier, Tal, definitely needs to learn some manners. If she doesn’t like serving customers, she shouldn’t be at the counter. I visited the store twice today, with a 10-minute gap between visits. On both occasions, Taleyah was at the counter, and she expressed her displeasure by sighing and displaying obnoxious behavior. Cashier Matthew is rude & obnoxious needing a lesson in manners. After whispering an aisle number, & I asked to confirm which whether aisle 5 or 12, Matthew quipped 'I dont know how he got aisle 5 from 12'. Customer relations is important to business. You've lost mine, & there's plenty of others i can spend my money at.
I had such a great experience at Supercheap Auto! The two guys who helped me change over my headlights were so nice and incredibly informative, making the whole process super easy. While I waited, the lovely girl at the counter was so friendly and welcoming – I really enjoyed having a chat with her. Fantastic service all around, I’ll definitely be back!
