Persephone’s customer service was absolutely outstanding. I came in to change the headlights on my partners car and she had the time and patience to show me step by step on what to do. She was lovely and beyond helpful!! I will be always going back to Thomastown super cheap auto based on this one instance!!
Customer service is non existent, there was no customers in the store, I seen 3 workers, 2 males down the back talking and laughing about God knows what, a female up the front, I went to ask her something and she literally walked away and into a store room, rude I couldn't get anyone attention, so I whistled, both males looked and laughed, I yelled can someone unlock the tool plz? 1 male slowly walked up, and said, that was really loud, what do u want?
